• Write each other a love letter. One of you writes something and gives it to the other person who replies on the same piece of paper (or email) and gives it back. See how long you can continue adding to your letter.

• Pick one day of the week and send or give your sweetie a special treat. You could always email your love a love letter or poem every Wednesday. Or buy her a rose every Saturday. Try to do this every week.

• Find a swing set and have your girlfriend swing while you give her pushes.

• Hide little love coupons around your love's house or apartment that your honey can find and redeem for a back rub, kiss, or other romantic treat.

• Find out in detail what your sweetie's favorite hobby, author, music group (or whatever) is. Ask casual questions, but remember what you are told. Then buy a collection of whatever your love likes. If your man loves biking, buy some of the gear he needs. Get help from friends and family members so you get the right things. Give him/her one of the items each day leading up to the day of an anniversary.
